London & Stamford Property has more than £600 million to spend on new deals.

Chief executive Patrick Vaughan confirmed that around £260m of the investments mentioned in the companies’ year-end announcement on 30 May had already been exchanged and or completed.

He added: "Indeed, today I can confirm that we have completed on the acquisition of Moore House, London, SW1, for our central London residential joint venture, for £147m. LSP's share is 40%. 

The 149 flats in Chelsea were bought from Qatari Diar.

London & Stamford's sale of the Triangle portfolio -17 distribution units for £265 million - was completed during the period. Blackstone Real Estate Fund purchased the portfolio which generated a return on equity of around 33% and net cash after the repayment of debt of £94 million for London & Stamford.
