Zoopla fundraiser to build brand

Zoopla, the website that allows users to find the values of their homes, today raised another £3.25 million.

The funding is made up of £1.75 million of new equity from its existing investors, venture-capital firms Atlas Venture and Octopus, and a £1.5 million debt facility from Silicon Valley Bank.

The site, which claims five million visitors a month, will use the cash to boost brand awareness and grow market share.
