Christmas cocktail classes

Christmas party hosts who want their guests stirred and not shaken could benefit from cocktail classes at the Bombay Sapphire bar at London’s wine tasting attraction Vinopolis.

The ‘Mixology Masterclass’ comprises a two-hour lesson with ‘mover and shaker’ Jamie Walker. Guests will be shown how to mix classic tipples — such as Bond’s favourite Martini — and a selection of more contemporary concoctions. Best of all, you can sample your own creations.

Just in case the cocktails go straight to your head, guests will also be presented with a recipe book to help them remember their chosen tipples at home. Classes for 15-30 people can be booked on 020 7940 8322.
