Sharon Stone has agreed to star in a sequel to Basic Instinct, after settling her differences with the film's producers. And the 46-year-old says she may appear nude again — although opposite a younger man this time and not Michael Douglas.

Rapper Eminem could be following up his critically-acclaimed acting debut in 8 Mile with a starring role in a boxing movie. He's said to be playing the part of undefeated 22-year-old Ukranian-born Jewish boxing phenomenon Dmitry Salita.

Barge-loving superstar Harrison Ford is to star in a new crime thriller called The Wrong Element. He plays the security chief at a large bank whose family is kidnapped.

Tom Hanks is reportedly to star in a film about an American singer who defected to East Germany during the Cold War. Hanks and Dreamworks have bought the rights to a film about entertainer Dean Reed, according to Variety.

Roger Moore's son Geoffrey is said to have attended a read-through for the part of James Bond. The Sun says the 37-year-old restaurateur and actor is on the shortlist of candidates to replace current 007 Pierce Brosnan for the next film.
