PUBG: PlayerUnknown's Battleground

Despite having a ridiculous name, this game needs no introduction at this point.

PUBG is one of the first battle royale games as we know it, arriving on the scene in 2017 before Fortnite came along and basically reused a lot of the same ideas here.

You drop into a massive map with no weapons while being constantly on the move to find loot and outrun the ever-closing storm which will leave a tiny section of the map untouched.

The game has plenty of different modes ranging from solo to teams, but the objective is always the same: be the last one standing.

Street Fighter V

Capcom's iconic and outlandish fighter game Street Fighter V is the latest entry in the legendary series.

This game was first released in 2016 and has seen a steady flow of seasonal updates which add more characters and other additions.

Capcom’s blisteringly ferocious fighter has an excellent single-player mode but where the game really shines is, of course, in its competitive multiplayer. What's more fun than beating your friends, after all?

To coincide with the release o Street Fighter V on PS Plus, PlayStation is holding a special tournament from September 4 in the United States and Canada.

In this tournament, players will fight against each other in those regions with an opportunity to win a cash prize, a unique PS4 home screen theme and a custom in-game title.

As we understand it, this is only available in the U.S and Canada.

Both games are now available to download today, Tuesday, September 1 until October 5.
