Arctic Monkeys announce 2018 tour date: How to get tickets

The show mark's the band's first live show in over three years

Arctic Monkeys have announced their first tour 2018 tour date, marking their first live show in over three years.

The band will headline at Firefly music festival, which takes place from June 14-17 in Delaware, US.

Eminem, Kendrick Lamar and the Killers are also due to headline the festival, which promises to be one of the biggest US musical events of the year.

Tickets for Firefly festival go on sale at 10am ET time (3pm GMT) on Friday, January 12. They can be bought here.

Arctic Monkeys are expected to release their sixth studio album this year, the follow-up to 2013's AM.

Since the band's last live show, singer Alex Turner released an album with the Last Shadow Puppets alongside Miles Kane.
