Ozzy Osbourne has announced details of his rescheduled UK arena dates after cancelling a run of shows due to illness.
The former Black Sabbath frontman was forced into abandoning a string of concerts across Europe and North America in 2019 after an accident in his home while recovering from pneumonia.
The rearranged dates in America and Canada have already been confirmed, and now he has revealed his new touring schedule in the UK, which will start in January 2020.
Osbourne will visit five cities across the country, with his London date coming at the O2 on February 10. There will be further shows in Nottingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow and Birmingham.
The concerts will cover both Osbourne’s solo material and Black Sabbath’s greatest hits, spanning a career which has gone on for more than half a century.
The singer rose to prominence in the 70s, leading one of the most influential heavy metal bands of all time.
It was a time in which Osbourne became known for his life of excess — which allegedly even included him snorting ants and drinking his own urine, according to Netflix’s Mötley Crüe biopic, the Dirt.
