Swifties, listen up: you can now find out your top five favourite Taylor Swift albums–and the results may surprise you.

Are you a Midnights girlie? Or a die-hard 1989 fan? Maybe you let go of Fearless, or have Folklore on repeat?

Spotify’s new feature invites Swift fans to select their top five favourite albums, in order, before revealing which five they actually listen to the most.

Once you have your results, you can share them on social media to compare your favourites with your friends.

Find out below how to discover your favourite eras on Spotify.

How to find your top five Taylor Swift eras

Firstly, open the Spotify app on your phone, and search “My Top 5: Taylor Swift’s Eras”.

Here, you’ll be met with a slideshow of Swift’s various eras, while Bejeweled from Midnights plays.

Click the arrow, and you will find with Taylor Swift’s debut album. Click through the 10 albums and select your top five – you don’t need to worry about the order at this point.

Once you have your top five, select next, where you will be tasked with arranging your top five albums in order of your favourite to least favourite. When you’re ready, select “lock it in.”

Spotify will then create a graphic featuring your favourite eras, ready to share on social media.

However, if you want to find out which five albums are really your favourites (based on listens), click next.

Here, Spotify will generate your actual top five albums, with another graphic ready to share on socials.

Taylor Swift Eras setlist challenge

For fans who have favourite songs on every album (everyone, surely?), there’s also the Taylor Swift Eras setlist challenge to take on.

This fan-made challenge encourages Swifties to build their ideal Eras tour setlist by choosing three songs from each album (plus three wildcard songs, which could be any song Swift is featured on).

Add your favourite songs from each era into a Spotify playlist to enjoy all the hits from her debut album to her latest record Midnights.
