Kevin Eldon: one of many great acts appearing at the Reprieve benefit
10 April 2012
Gallows Humour featuring Bill Bailey & Guests
Bloomsbury Theatre, WC1

If you missed busy Bill Bailey's storming set at the Lyceum last week here is another chance to see the musical wizard in action. And there's a special treat at this benefit in aid of Reprieve, which fights human rights violations. Bailey will be performing with his occasional rock group Beergut 100 - they specialise in murdering the punk hits of the Seventies - which must be about as far as you can get from his recent appearance fronting the BBC Symphony Orchestra. The sturdy line-up also includes serial political prankster Mark Thomas, Mark Steel, Robin Ince, Kevin Eldon, Shappi Khorsandi and compere Simon Munnery.

Wednesday 23 May, 7.30pm (020 7388 8822).
