Amanda Holden has revealed Britain’s Got Talent producers now check her outfits after a number of viewers complained to Ofcom about her revealing clothes.

The 49-year-old jokingly referred to the team as her “t*t committee”, revealing they give her a once over before she goes out on stage.

“There’s now a whole body of people that knock on my door and come and stare at my chest before we go on air,” she told The Sun.

“There’s a t*t committee. There are so many brilliant people, they come down, knock on the door and there’s the lady who’s the producer who said, ‘Mandy, it looks great.’”

The news comes after Britain’s Got Talent received 235 complaints last month, after Holden wore a low-cut blue dress.

Holden believes that people may have mistaken the dress’s underwiring for her nipple as she judged performances.

“People thought it was my nipple they could see but it was the underwire,” she said.

“My husband does describe them as being like football studs, but that’s probably too much information. But yes, there’s a whole committee now, and a head of the committee.

“I won’t name her, but she’s female. She is a good, strong woman and she’s on my side.”

This is not the first time Holden has been on the receiving end of Ofcom complaints.

Alesha Dixon's jewellery has also led to Ofcom complaints this series

In 2017, the broadcasting watchdog received more than 200 complaints about Holden’s low-cut Julien Macdonald gown, which was slashed to the navel.

The regulator took no action.

Britain’s Got Talent has been one of television’s most complained shows this year, with Diversity’s dance tribute to the Black Lives Matter movement, and Alesha Dixon’s BLM necklace, both resulting in thousands of complaints to Ofcom.

Britain’s Got Talent continues Saturday at 8pm on ITV.
