Hillary Clinton made a hilarious cameo at this year’s Grammy Awards in a skit mocking President Donald Trump.

The former Democratic candidate joined a number of artists in reading out exerts from Michael Wolff’s Fire and Fury during a filmed segment at Sunday night’s ceremony.

Host James Corden explained to viewers that they were attempting to win the award for best spoken word album, with musicians including John Legend, Cher, Snoop Dogg, Cardi B and DJ Khalid all reading out passages.

Clinton then made a surprise cameo, appearing right at the end of the skit to read a particularly infamous exert.

“He had a longtime fear of being poisoned," she read. “One reason why he liked to eat at McDonalds. No one knew he was coming and the food was safely pre-made.”

While the audience at Madison Square Garden seemed amused by the skit, it didn’t go down too well with some Trump supporters.

“I have always loved the Grammys but to have artists read the Fire and Fury book killed it. Don’t ruin great music with trash. Some of us love music without the politics thrown in it,” wrote Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley on Twitter.

Donald Trump Jr also dubbed the sketch “fake news” and took the opportunity to take a swipe at Clinton’s election defeat.

“Getting to read a #fakenews book excerpt at the Grammys seems like a great consolation prize for losing the presidency. #GrammyAwards,” he wrote.
