Love Island latest: Amy breaks down in tears at Curtis’ confession while Amber faces off with Michael

Amy is gutted to learn of Curtis' attraction to new girl Jourdan

Amy Hart bursts into tears as she finally learns that Curtis Pritchard has feelings for new Love Island contestant Jourdan Raine.

Tonight’s episode of the ITV2 dating show picks up after an explosive recoupling which saw Curtis eventually choose to recouple with his “half girlfriend” Amy, despite admitting that there is “something missing” in their relationship.

Deciding to come clean about what happened in the villa during her brief absence, Curtis admits that he told Jourdan she is “very attractive and good looking” and confesses that he kissed the new girl during a challenge.

In a further brutal twist, he reveals that he told Jourdan he would recouple with her “and she said ‘No.’”

Unimpressed to learn that she was Curtis’ second choice, Amy hits back, telling him: “So she said ‘No,’ so you were like ‘Oh right then, go back to Ames.’”

As the professional dancer suggests that their relationship “has stuff [they] need to work on,” Amy becomes increasingly upset.

“My whole life I’ve been looking for someone who accepts me for me and I truly thought I’d found that and I thought you’d found that in me,” she cries in the Hideaway. “Where do I go from here?”

After taking some time to collect herself, Amy hits back at her partner for his lack of “respect” and claims that she has “basically” been “cheated on.”

“I’ve been away for four days and I come back to find out that you’ve been snogging other people and telling other people you fancy them, telling them you want to re-couple with them,” she says.

“You have zero respect for me to do that in front of my friends… I feel like I deserve better than to be basically cheated on.”

The villa is rocked by yet more drama when Michael Griffiths and Amber Gill come face to face after his shock decision to recouple with new girl Joanna Chimonides.

While Michael criticises Amber for not “opening up to him,” the 21-year-old claims that he has “totally changed” over the past few days.

Unimpressed by how her friend has been treated, Anna Vakili hits out at Michael for “lead[ing] a girl on for four weeks.”

“You wanted for another girl to come in to make it a thing, before we left it was fine,” she claims.

How will Michael react as his former friends begin to turn on him?

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
