Love Island’s new boy Danny questions his connection with Yewande amid the drama surrounding Maura and Elma’s dramatic arrival.

The ring girl and the eyelash technician entered the villa during last night’s episode and picked three boys each to join them for a dinner date.

Maura chose Tommy, Danny and Michael, while Elma picked Danny, Anton and Tommy.

In tonight’s episode, the girls are less than impressed to see Maura and Elma getting to know their love interests, with Molly-Mae and Amber especially riled to see Tommy and Michael enjoy their dates.

Watching from the balcony, they laugh loudly and heckle the boys in an attempt to distract them from their tete-a-tete.

Once the dates are over, Danny is keen to discuss the girls’ behaviour with Yewande, who he has previously admitted to having feelings for.

“The laughing thing, what was that about?” he asks her, prompting her to respond with: “We were just laughing.”

Implying that the girls could have given the new islanders a warmer welcome, Danny adds: “They could have been really nice and really lovely.”

“I’m sure they are lovely,” Yewande replies. “They came in really confident and they set the atmosphere for themselves. Everything after that was just a reaction of what happened.

“Every action has a reaction. It’s just the laws of physics.”

“I saw Yewande participate in something I wasn’t keen on,” Danny later admits in the Beach Hut.

Danny is not the only contestant who is left annoyed by the girls’ actions, as Michael slams Amber for her “childish” behaviour.

“I can’t be dealing with this s***,” he fumes. “F*** that, nah, I can’t be dealing with childish girls.”

Meanwhile, after Molly-Mae gets angry with Tommy for getting close to Maura, she exchanges harsh words with Anton.

“At the end of the day, you should have made [your feelings] very clear to him,” he says, adding: “You’ve made your bed. Lie in it.”

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
