Following the return of The Crystal Maze, Channel 4’s charity series Stand Up To Cancer is about to bring us another TV treat: a Gogglebox celebrity special.
Several famous faces will be commenting on the best and worst TV from their sofas – and the first names have been revealed.
One Direction singer Niall Horan will be joining fellow X Factor alumnus Olly Murs on the couch, all in the name of raising money for cancer research.
“With every penny raised going towards finding cures for cancer, we’re honoured to be a part of Stand Up to Cancer’s fundraising this year,” said Horan, who has just released his solo single This Town.

“Olly and I had a great laugh filming Gogglebox and hope that we can raise as much as possible for such a great cause.”
Murs said taking part in the show with Horan was ‘amazing’.
“I’m such a big fan of Gogglebox so being able to be on it with Niall is amazing, especially when it’s for such a brilliant cause like Stand Up To Cancer,” he said.
“We all need to play a part in beating cancer so let’s all join together and raise as much as we can.”
Also joining the episode will be England stars Jamie Vardy, Daniel Sturridge, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, with more names due to be revealed soon.
The episode will be broadcast on Friday October 21, and will also feature contributions from regular Goggleboxs stars including the Siddiquis, Leon and June, and Christopher and Stephen.
