The new trailer for series 9 of Peep Show has been released, with Mark and Jeremy reunited for the very last time.

Giving fans a sneak peek of the final series, the trailer promises a ‘messy exit’ for the pair as they’re joined by some favourite supporting characters from the past.

The trailer opens with Mark, played by David Mitchell, telling Robert Webb’s Jez: “Well this is it. Hard hats on. Time to descend into the depths of depravity.”

In typical Peep Show style it seems that things aren’t going too well for the El Dude brothers as Mark is in trouble at work again and Jez is sleeping in a bath.

Although most of the plot details have been kept under wraps, glimpses of the new series show the trio attempting to kidnap someone with the help of Super Hans.

Mark’s boss Johnson pops up in the trailer, as does Dobby, suggesting that things might not be completely over between her and Mark.

Webb recently told The Mirror: “They will be in horrible pain as usual.

“They will not win the lottery; they will not have a happy ending.”

The final series of the Channel 4 series has been filmed three years after the end of series 8, meaning that the show has spanned an entire decade.

Series 9 of Peep Show kicks off on November 11 at 10pm.
