Are any of the Too Hot To Handle couples still together and where's the cast now?

They struggled to resist each other in the resort, but are any of the pairs still going strong?

It’s our new Netflix obsession that’s topping the streaming charts in the UK – Too Hot to Handle is compulsive, must-see viewing.

While the brand new reality show may look like a Love Island rip-off, Too Hot to Handle puts a brand new twist on the tried-and-tested dating show format.

Instead of encouraging hopefuls to get physical with one another, Alexa-style AI Lana wants contestants to focus on building on an emotional connection. The incentive? The $100,000 prize fund – which is depleted if anyone engages in any sexual contact.

The show ended with everyone left in the retreat taking home $7,500 after the prize fund dwindled to $75,000 – but while 10 of the singletons took cash home with them, have they managed to maintain the emotional connections they made? Standard Online has done some digging…

Are any of the Too Hot to Handle couples still together?

Francesca and Harry

Hot and Heavy: Francesca and Harry were keen to break the rules
Netflix

Major rule breaker of the series, Francesca Farago, 25, cost the group $32,000 – in part due to that steamy kiss with Haley Cureton early on in the series.

While Francesca left the retreat in a relationship with Harry Jowsey, 21, she is still living in her native Canada, while Australian Harry has since moved to America - and the distance appears to have been a factor in their recent split.

Revealing the sad news in a YouTube video titled "Our Breakup", Francesca said: "Harry and I are not together anymore, I obviously was heartbroken.

"I genuinely thought we were going through a rocky period and that we were going to figure it out.

"I thought we were going to end up together. I thought we were going to get married."

She went on to explain that distance had been a factor in their split, and admitted it was Harry who pulled the plug.

"I'm deciding to come forward with this video to announce that we're not together and we're not getting back together because I needed to solidify that in my own brain," she said.

"I can only tolerate so much and I need to move on, and the only way I can move on is by making this video and telling everyone."

Harry jumped onto Instagram stories to tell followers he would be posting his own version of events, saying: "The last think I want to do is glorify or turn heartbreak into an event or a funny TikTok.

"Only myself and Francesca know the full extent of what's happened, but I'm going to touch on it tomorrow."

Sharron and Rhonda

Steamy: Sharron and Rhonda got intimate

Personal trainer Sharron Townsend, 25, was another serial rulebreaker as he got hot and heavy with 27-year-old Rhonda Paul, costing the group $16,000.

However, the pair split after filming, saying they struggled with the distance between them.

"Rhonda has been a blessing to have in my life, she's been the strength to my weakness, the music to my soul and the yin to my yang," Sharron said. "Unfortunately distance has been an issue, and although she's miles away our connection will always be."

But that doesn't mean Rhonda is single, as she revealed she has rekindled her relationship with a "special someone."

David and Lydia

Cute: Lydia and David are still flirting
Netflix

After initially hooking up with THTH favourite Chloe Veitch, British football coach David Birtwistle, 28, found a connection with newcomer Lydia Clyma, 22.

Again, the pair have kept their relationship away from the prying eyes on Instagram and have not posted pictures together.

But the pair, who still follow each other on social media, have been fairly flirty with one another online.

Lydia commented that David “looked cute” in one selfie, while David jokingly wrote on an up-close shot of Lydia’s pert behind: “Yeah, it was definitely your eyes I saw first.”

David is now an ambassador for Nike Training, while Lydia is continuing working as a model and influencer.

Bryce and Nicole

Netflix

You may not have seen this one coming - while the pair enjoyed a brief flirtation in the retreat, things between Bryce Hirschberg and Nicole O'Brien heated up once filming wrapped.

"I think she is so beautiful and sweet and lovely. As far as our relationship stands at the moment, we're just seeing how everything plays out," Bryce, 30, said. "Obviously we are on opposite sides of the planet, but we chat daily (when the times work out)! Everything is very casual, and chill, with no pressure. Once quarantine ends, we can hopefully reunite and see where it goes from there!

"He's a genuinely lovely guy and we are just seeing where things go without putting any pressure on anything!" Nicole added. "It's not the ideal situation when he lives halfway across the globe but we are trying to figure out how we will move forward after quarantine ends!"

Sadly, it was only temporary and once again, distance got in the way and the relationship fizzled out.

Where are the cast now?

Chloe Veitch

Chloe was a Too Hot to Handle favourite, becoming the face of the show after shouting: “Think of ya nan!” Since the show, Chloe has turned 21 and been promoting the series on her Instagram, along with her new modelling pictures.

Haley Cureton

Fans will remember Haley, 22, for her passionate kiss with Francesca... as well as having no idea where Australia is. She wasn’t a particularly big fan of the process, and was booted off the show by Lana for making ‘insufficient progress’.

For now, Haley is back at college in Florida, and is still friends with Francesca – who told Women’s Health: “I was very sad when she left. It was extremely upsetting because she was my best friend in the house, and I confided in her.

“We don't talk as much as I would like. I think [Haley's] really busy with school. And obviously, I have a busy life, as well as living on other sides of the country.”

However, it seems Haley has some sort of unfinished business – posting this rather telling photo saying “The truth will always come out.”

Nicole O’Brien

Irish contestant Nicole didn’t connect with anyone while in the retreat, but has still remained firm friends with Chloe.

She now works as a social media influencer, posting thirst traps on Instagram - and has got cosy with Bryce from the show.

Matthew Smith

The 29-year-old former America’s Next Top Model star didn’t have the best time on the show, voluntarily choosing to leave after he failed to establish a connection with anyone.

Since Too Hot to Handle, he made the most of those Jesus comparisons to star as Jesus in a short film, and has since moved to Colorado to work for a multimedia company.

Kelz Dyke

His brief fling with Francesca came to nothing, leaving the 27-year-old to return to his job as a recruitment consultant and playing American Football.

He’s also been spotted on the showbiz circuit, posing with Love Island winner Amber Gill during a Boohoo party.

Bryce Hirschberg

The 30-year-old wannabe playboy left viewers aghast after he admitted he doesn’t know where a clock starts, and faced annoying the others in the retreat after he shared a kiss with Chloe.

Since the show, boat-living Bryce has been documenting his travels, and is reportedly working on his debut album, as well as having now coupled up with Nicole.

Kori Sampson

The personal trainer and model, 24, was booted off Too Hot to Handle at the very last minute, missing out on his share of $75,000.

He has since posted pictures from previous party holidays while in lockdown, and announced the release of his lean lifestyle eBook.

Madison Wyborny

The model, 20, was also another participant who seemed wholly unbothered by the process, which resulted her being evicted from the retreat the very last second. She’s not really promoted or posted any photos of her from the show, and has since gone back to her modelling career, posting photo shoot pics on her Instagram.
