St James's Hotel and Club: The Art of Chocolate Making

In association with divine Melt Chocolates, St James Hotel and Club presents a mouth-watering masterclass at their Mayfair suite. After being shown basic tempering techniques by Melt's head chocolatier, Chika Wantanabe, students will be taught how to achieve the consistency for desirable chocolate and can then invest their learning into making sumptuous truffles. This masterclass also includes a three-course chocolate-inspired feast from Michelin-starred Chef William Drabble, complete with matching wines. The hotel’s sommelier, Christophe Thuilot, will end the course with expert advice on which wines to pair with chocolate.
