Starts 23 August, Prices range from £10-£45.50, Festival pass £140, Odeon Leicester Square, www.frightfest.co.uk

A four-day feast of blood, guts and gore descends on the Odeon Leicester Square where several frightening movies will be shown over the August Bank Holiday weekend.

Now in its eighth year, 2007's event features seven world, six European and six UK premieres among the 26 films being shown.

The fun starts with a showing of the Jonathan King directed Black Sheep, a dark horror comedy that features zombie sheep and humans being turned into were-sheep.

Other films being shown include All The Boys Love Mandy Lane about a cheerleader's psychotic stalker, and Disturbia, a remake of the Alfred Hitchcock classic Rear Window.

The blood and guts keep coming with elegantly titled films such as The Zombie Diaries, Skinwalkers, Hatchet Live, Botched and The Devil Dared Me To all being screened.

One of the many highlights will be the chance to see a presentation of deleted scenes from 28 Weeks Later to coincide with the film's DVD release, while a screening of The Orphanage, a horror fantasy from Juan Antonio Bayona closes the event.

With passes for the entire festival and all 26 films available for £140, as well as tickets for a single day or movie, you can enjoy as much or as little of FrightFest as you want.
