Video: Best of Freeze Festival

5 April 2012

Freeze Festival got us in the festive mood with around 500 tonnes of snow on site, seeing Battersea Power Station transformed into a major snowsports and music event.

Headlining the music was Orbital on the Friday, Eagles of Death Metal and Calvin Harris on Saturday and Friendly Fires on Sunday.

Another big presence was Twitter. Sponsors LG sent three Twitter reporters out to act as the eyes and ears of the fans. On Sunday the skiing was significantly delayed because of the rain and schedules were having to be altered so the Twitterati crew, who gave constant updates on the schedule, came in rather handy.
