Who is that Charlatan?

Legendary rock band The Who play the British leg of their European tour later this month, where they will perform a mixture of new material and classic hits.

The aging superstars will be joined by the Charlatans for their two Wembley gigs, who themselves are currently recording their 10th studio album.
