BrewDog are giving away one million pints of free beer

The craft beer revolution has single-handedly changed the drinking habits of thousands of people all over the world, with artisan IPAs and luxury lagers becoming more popular than ever before.

Now BrewDog is committing to bringing their lovingly crafted IPA to an even wider audience by giving away a whopping 1,000,000 pints of the stuff for free over the next four weeks.

The chain has pledged to give away a million pints of their Punk IPA in the biggest beer sampling campaign the world has ever seen, and it’s great news for craft beer fans everywhere.

To claim a free drink, fans should head to this page, where they’ll be issued with a beer token redeemable for a pint of Punk IPA in one of their 50 bars worldwide.

“We’re in the midst of what will be a seismic change in beer drinking habits in the UK,” BrewDog co-founder James Watt said.

“The rise of IPA shows no signs of slowing down. This is a welcome sign that more people are open to beer that is full of flavour and character, and not just insipid, artificially flavoured offerings or faux-craft fraudsters.”

He added: “The millions of people around the UK who call Punk IPA their favourite beer cannot be wrong, that’s why we’re certain a million more will join them after experiencing their first pint of Punk.”

Brewdog have had reason to celebrate this year after the owners of the chain won a court case against the Elvis Presley estate. The dispute was finally settled over the name of their Elvis Juice beer last month, with the brand giving away free beer to people who dressed up as Elvis in celebration.
