Taste assessment: The same deliciously floral flavours as before, but packaged in an ornate “limited edition” green and white bottle to herald the start of the elderflower season.  The presse version tastes thin while the cordial, mixed good and strong, is powerfully sweet and refreshing; it’s also better value for money. Really of course we should all be making our own, since elder is no more than a pesky weed that grows unchecked all over London.
