For the latest in our How To series, Oskar Kinberg of Oskar’s bar at Dabbous restaurant in London, shows you how to make a drink perfect for the summer, a Cocchi Americano Spritz. Spritzes are increasing in popularity summer on summer, due to their simplicity, refreshing taste, and of course the fact they are sparkly.

Cocchi Americano is an aperitif wine produced in the Asti province of Italy, blending herbs and spices with the Muscato wine, and Oskar calls it his “ketchup”, because he uses it to improve almost every drink he serves. Watch the video below for the simple steps to make the drink.
