Blackfriars Road seems to have come out from the cultural wilderness since the arrival of Southwark Tube station. And fast on the rails behind this significant arrival came Baltic, the creation of Jan Woroniecki, whose sistervenue, Wodka, has been lifting the spirits of Kensington folk for as long as they can remember. Baltic is a dramatically modern bar and restaurant dedicated to the finest gastronomic and libational delights of the Balkan States.
