Former Smoking Goat, Begging Bowl and Som Saa chef Seb Holmes will bring London another Thai pop-up next month.

Following a run in Highbury and recently hosting a Burger Monday night, his restaurant concept Farang will take over The Lodge in Clapham on Monday nights throughout April.

This time Holmes has partnered with Tomas Lenko from drinks brand Bold Spirits, who he has worked alongside at Brook Green Market where they both have stalls.

Bold Spirit cocktails — such as a smoked Thai iced tea and a toasted coconut Negroni — will be served alongside Farang dishes including fish balls with sweet chilli and lime; fried sea bass with sour fruits and green nham yum; half chicken cooked in banana leaves; and fresh doughnuts with kaffir lime and apple jam, and coconut pandan custard.

The pop-up will act as a predecessor for a fully-fledged Farang restaurant, due to launch later this spring as part of an exciting-sounding “Street Feast style” dining space at Flat Iron Square in Borough.

It will run at The Lodge from 5.30-10pm each Monday from April 11. Tables can be reserved by emailing info@faranglondon.co.uk.
