The vintage champagne connoisseurs at Dom Pérignon have teamed up with iconic London hotel Claridge's for a luxury gastronomy experience.

Richard Geoffroy, Dom Pérignon’s Cellar Master and Simon Rogan, Chef Patron of Fera at Claridge’s are collaborating to produce paired Dom Pérignon P2 three-course lunch and five-course dinner menus hosted by Geoffroy himself.

Running from October 20 to 23 at the Dom Pérignon suite, the event coincides with Transformation, a 15-minute multi-sensory experience which will uncover the magic of Dom Pérignon P1 and P2 through the exploration of sight, sound and taste, starting with a tasting of Dom Pérignon vintage 2006.

The installation will open for just four days in a striking 20m long installation in the heart of South Molton Street from October 20.

Speaking about the P2 gastronomy experiences Geoffroy, said:

“We have worked closely with Simon Rogan, Chef Patron of Fera at Claridge’s, who has created an exquisite lunch and dinner menu to celebrate Dom Pérignon P2. Each course has been carefully designed to complement the characteristics of the Dom Pérignon vintages and I will lead diners through the wine’s singularity and the effects on the palate and the senses. We are really excited to be collaborating with Simon and Claridge’s for a second time to co-curate these one of a kind intimate experiences, and look forward to welcoming guests.”

Guests can expect pairings of halibut with Dom Pérignon P2 1998 and Aberdeen Angus beef fillet matched to P2 Rosé 1996.

Rogan added: "Taking inspiration from the Dom Pérignon P2 vintages, I have designed experimental three course lunch and five course dinner menus. The textures and tastes of each course are perfectly paired with the aromas, intensity and facets of each of the vintages and I look forward to diners experiencing this instinctive menu."
