The Evening Standard has teamed up with St James’s Market to lay on a series of challenges with London bloggers and influencers at its set of restaurants just off Regent Street St James.

First up, Instagrammer Felicity Spector tries her hand at making dumplings under the guidance of chef Ken Yamada at Japanese restaurant Anzu.

From filling to folding, and getting the right degree of cooking, making them certainly takes some concentration.

See how Felicity gets on — and how to try making the dumplings for yourself — in the video above.
