Sayonara sushi. See ya, ceviche. If you aren’t on the poké bandwagon yet, prepare to grab on to that speeding train.

The Hawaiian raw fish dish is quickly taking hold in London, and this latest opening is only going to encourage it.

Tombo Poké and Matcha Bar — which opens officially on June 13 — has arrived on Soho’s D’Arblay Street. It’s an evolution of another Tombo site in South Kensington which focuses on green tea.

The new café will serve a range of green teas alongside matcha brownies, gateau, sundaes and soft-serve — along with six signature poké bowls.

Watch our video above to see what Tombo Poké and Matcha Bar is like, and what will be on offer.
