Street food joins fashion on Jermyn Street for London Collections Men

To mark the start of London Collections Men, the most important date on the men’s fashion calendar, June 11 will see Jermyn Street in St James’s turned into an open-air catwalk.
Displays will come from more than 30 leading brands, all based in the locality, and more than 2,000 spectators are expected.
And to go with that, some pretty fashionable food has also been lined up.
Hansen & Lydersen will be serving a selection of platters and tartines based around their own cured salmon, made in Stoke Newington.

Sub Cult will be on hand with a range of sub sandwiches, including its Sub Marine featuring seared scallop, blackened calamari and roast pork shoulder with lemon and parsley mayo.
Rupert’s Street will offer a variety of veggie treats, including the St James Burger featuring a beetroot burger, kale dressing and quinoa salad.
For those after something meaty, Chop Shop will be serving a specially created short rib roll, and Argentine restaurant Constancia will prepare ciabatta steak sandwiches with rocket, roasted red peppers and chimichurri dressing.
Drinks will come in the form of cold-pressed juices from Moju, and coffee from Black Cab, while Fortnum & Mason will be serving a range of boozy frozen popsicles, including Champagne and Summer Cup flavours.
