This may well be the largest Thai restaurant in London. It occupies what was formerly the Norwegian Embassy, and the square in question is Trafalgar Square. It's grand, too (maybe not quite so opulent as the flower-bedecked Blue Elephant), but with plenty of carving and gold leaf, it is very much a West End smart dining experience. The food is good.
