Sushi chef, Endo Kazutoshi is to launch a six week long pop-up at The Berkeley.

Starting from July 20, the five star Knightsbridge hotel will host a omakase bar.

The area will feature an eight-cover sushi pop-up and will offer cocktails from The Berkeley’s Blue Bar mixologists.

The former Zuma executive chef will offer a 15 course bespoke tasting menu for an eye-watering £150, featuring Scottish scallop oshinogi and wagyu beef agemono.

The specially designed menu will be available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings with two sittings each night at 6pm and 8.30pm

There will also be an option for a sake and wine pairing to accompany the menu.

Kazutoshi said: ““I am excited to share my culinary heritage with a new audience, using amazing produce from around the U.K. to complement my specialist sushi style.

“Londoners are always on the hunt for something a little different in the foodie scene and we are offering just that this summer.”
