Could Taylor Swift be Chelsea's next A-list resident? Seven-storey townhouse listed for £30m, with plenty of room for the singer's star-studded girl squad

With interior design similar to that in Taylor's glamorous Beverly Hills base, could this newly-revamped Chelsea townhouse be just the ticket for the Shake it Off singer?

Look! Taylor Swift! This could be your new Chelsea home.

The singer, 27, has her sights set on west London so she can be close to her British actor boyfriend Joe Alwyn. But despite several discreet viewings, she has yet to put in an offer.

She needs plenty of space for her squad, plus a pool and an extravagant interior design, so this 8,000sq ft four-bedroom Chelsea townhouse, with interiors by Rabih Hage, could be a hit with the Shake it Off singer.

In Tregunter Road, it’s on the market after a three-year overhaul. One of the most impressive features is the atmospheric pool room with a spa, chill-out area and cocktail bar.

There is also a glass-enclosed display wine cellar, a state-of-the-art gym, walk-in wardrobe and staff kitchenette and bathroom. The design is similar to Swift’s blingy Beverly Hills base and the price is £30 million.
