Once a photographic studio where the Rolling Stones posed, the House for a Painter is on the market in Clapham with The Modern House.

It was converted from a Victorian laundry in 1994 and has double-height ceilings, two bedrooms and a light, airy, modern feel.

If Sir Mick Jagger is tempted, it’s £1.6 million.
