Taylor Swift is moving on in more ways than one. After splitting up with her DJ boyfriend Calvin Harris, she is now reportedly dating The Night Manager star, Tom Hiddleston. The pop star is also changing it up at home, by moving into a new luxury pad with a private rooftop lounge and indoor pool while she renovates her luxury Tribeca penthouse.

Taylor Swift is changing it up in a big way. The Shake It Off singer has temporarily moved into a five-bedroom townhouse in Manhattan's hip West Village while long-term renovation work is carried out at her Tribeca penthouse.

While it awaits to be seen whether she invites her alleged new beau Tom Hiddleston, 35, to the house-warming party, Swift's 'girl squad' - Cara Delevingne, Selena Gomez, Karlie Kloss, Gigi Hadid and Lena Dunham - will be pleased to hear that the guest bedrooms have en suites. Plus, the impressive rooftop lounge is the perfect spot to party out of sight of the paparazzi.

Swift, 26, is shelling out a cool £28,400 a month - or £933 a day - to rent the unusual four-storey carriage house owned by Soho House executive David Aldea.

Listing agent Leslie J Garfield described the home as one of the finest rental properties in Manhattan's trendy West Village. Built in 1921 as a stable, the impressive 7,200sq ft townhouse conversion has plenty of space for the star to display her 10 Grammys, with an 'entertainment floor' and a formal dining room, plus there's a two-storey patio, indoor pool and a bespoke fitness centre.

The heart of the home is the compact, but high-spec kitchen, sandwiched between a formal dining room and a double-height reception room with a statement chandelier.

In 2014, Swift bought a £14 million Tribeca loft conversion from Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson. The unusually large New York property is made up of two large penthouses on separate floors with seven bedrooms. Now, she has applied to carry out long-term structural work on the mega-mansion, perhaps finally joining the two floors.

Last year, Swift snapped up a slice of movie history when she paid £16.5 million in cash for the six-bedroom Beverly Hills house built for producer Samuel Goldwyn (the G in MGM). She also has homes in Rhode Island and in Nashville, Tennessee.
