A Grand Tier box at the Royal Albert Hall, with 12 seats and the Queen as your neighbour, is for sale priced £3 million.

Listed with Harrods Estates, the box provides brilliant views for up to 400 performances a year including the Proms and the Olivier Awards.

Queen Victoria bought 20 boxes when the hall opened in 1871 and our Queen still retains one, which like the box for sale, has 12 seats rather than the 10 in other Grand Tier boxes.

Jake Irwin-Brown, sales negotiator at Harrods Estates, says: “Grand Tier Boxes at the Royal Albert Hall rarely come to the market.

"This is only the second in nearly a decade that we have instructed."

Perhaps Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be part of the audience at future events, after their wedding next month.”
