London’s most-viewed home on Rightmove in 2018 was a new-build 7,940sq ft, six-bedroom detached house in Hampstead, which has won awards for its architecture.

Designed by architect Claudio Silvestrin, who also designed a New York apartment with Kanye West in 2007, the house has minimal interiors featuring beige wood and stone finishes.

There's a dramatic contemporary garden; a cinema, pool and gym and views of the London skyline.

The house is listed as price on application but was previously on the market for £22.5 million.

There are currently 46,486 properties currently advertised as for sale in London on Rightmove. Of these, the remaining four most-viewed were located across the city.

They include a disco palace in Totteridge, and a noted photographer’s Indian-inspired house in Chelsea.

The 20,000sq ft house is built in an Arts and Crafts style on the outside but has a thoroughly modern, glitzy interior, with a circular sunken seating area in the living room and a fuschia pink cinema, a basement gym, swimming pool opening out into the garden and a bar.
