If bling is your thing, this flashy flat in Westbourne Terrace, Notting Hill comes with a £5.25 million price tag — and Saddam Hussein’s Swarovski crystal-encrusted 22-carat gold chandelier.

UK Sotheby’s International Realty hopes the 90kg sparkler will prove a key selling point along with the flat’s 15ft ceilings, grand fireplace and private balcony.

The chandelier was commissioned by the Iraqi dictator in 1988 for one of his presidential palaces, from London dealer David Malik & Son.

However, shipment was interrupted by the first Gulf War two years later.

Built in Germany, the chandelier uses 44 bulbs.

The flat’s owner snapped it up as a talking point when hosting a family wedding and says he is prepared to sell it separately.
