In the flicks: Portobello mews house that was film location for The Italian Job and Paddington is for sale

A mews house is for sale in Denbigh Close, film location for The Italian Job starring Michael Caine, and also for Paddington.

The four-bedroom home is in the best part of Portobello, Notting Hill, near Westbourne Grove’s boutiques, bars and restaurants.

Listed with Lurot Brand for £2.25 million, the interior is renovated — but outside the cobbled lane looks much as it did in the 1969 crime caper when Sir Michael’s character Charlie Croker lived there.
