25 gigs for next big thing in music

Budding stars will take part in a new music festival of 25 gigs across London next month.
The line-up for the Next Big Thing includes Ellie Goulding, Marina & the Diamonds and Paloma Faith.
HMV and the MAMA music group are combining to put on the performances at venues including The Borderline, Camden Barfly and The Garage.
Organisers said more than 60 artists have signed up to perform in the inaugural event. Tickets are available from £10 at www.hmvnextbigthing.com.
