Aggregate revamps top management

BUILDING materials group Aggregate Industries has named UK chief Bill Bolsover as chief operating officer, a new role with day-to-day responsibility for Europe and America. Chief executive Peter Tom, who has extended his contract to 2007, will focus on broader strategic and operational issues.
