Big Brother contestant walks out

12 April 2012

Big Brother contestant Sunita is to become the first to walk away from the UK version of the hit show.

The 25-year-old trainee lawyer - who was clearly unhappy in the house - has spent the last two days agonising over whether to stay or leave.

She said she had not bonded with any of the contestants and that she had been naive in her decision to take part in the programme, and today told Big Brother her decision was final.

Within days of arriving in the house, Sunita had a blazing row with 20-year-old Jade - the baby of the show - in a discussion about crime.

It is believed she will leave the house at around 7pm tonight, and will appear on E4's Big Brother's Little Brother moments later.

The only other contestant to leave before being voted out was Nasty Nick, a city worker who was exposed as a cheat.

It is unclear at this stage whether Big Brother will parachute in another contestant to take Sunita's place - but this week's scheduled eviction will go ahead as planned on Friday.
