Bon Voyage! shop stock

12 April 2012

Only a few hours after the Evening Standard's story about the exclusive Voyage boutique going into liquidation with debts of £3million, removals men arrived to empty the Fulham Road store and started hauling the contents away.

The first of many vans arrived at around 4pm yesterday and hundreds of shop fittings and items of clothing were taken away.

The members-only boutique, which turned away the likes of Madonna and Julia Roberts, counted among its customers, Nicole Kidman, Gwyneth Paltrow, Emma Thompson and Yasmin Le Bon, and was widely regarded as the most pretentious in Britain.

Voyage, the trading name for Organic Clothing Ltd, the company going into liquidation, was opened 11 years ago by Tiziano and Louise Mazzilli, respectively an Italian and a Belgian, assisted by their two children, Rocky and Tatum.
