Boy charged with rape of teacher

A 15-year-old schoolboy appeared at the Old Bailey today charged with raping a 28-year-old teacher at his school.
The youth, dressed in a shirt and tie, was remanded in custody to a plea and directions hearing on December 20.
He was charged with three sexual offences, including rape, against the woman on September 7, this year, at an inner London school.
The London youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, spoke only to answer to his name from the dock during the brief hearing.
