Brambles set for Hays arm

ANGLO-AUSTRALIAN services company Brambles Industries is seeking clearance from the Office of Fair Trading to buy the Hays IMS document storage business of Britain's Hays group.

'The submission of the merger notice represents the first stage in obtaining clearance in the UK,' a Brambles spokesman said. Brambles gave no indication of price.
