CCTV search for killer of woman, 81

POLICE are trawling through hours of CCTV footage in their bid to find the killer of an 81-year-old woman who died hours after being mugged for her handbag.

Widowed Molly Morgan was able to describe the attack before she died. She told police she was mugged at 8pm last Thursday as she walked to Kenton library for a lecture.

She died in Northwick Park hospital on Friday as a result of her injuries. Police revealed that at least one man walked past her fatally injured body and failed to stop.
