Celebrities turn out for Damon

12 April 2012

Celebrity movie fans attended the private screening of Matt Damon's latest film, The Bourne Identity in London last night.

Pop stars Liberty X and actor Stephen Fry were among those at the celebrity screening at the Charlotte Street Hotel in Fitzrovia.

In the movie Damon plays a man who is fished out of the Mediterranean and awakes from a coma-like state to discover he has been shot and has microfilm implanted in his body.

He has no idea who he is but finds himself the target of international terrorists. The only person who may be able to fill him in on his true identity is a woman who knows his past, played by Franka Potente.

The film, which also stars Chris Cooper, Brian Cox, Clive Owen, Judy Parfitt and Gabriel Mann, goes on general release on Friday.
