Collins Stewart backtracks on FSA

COLLINS Stewart Tullett has retracted its claim that it forwarded to the Financial Services Authority the full dossier of allegations against it made by sacked analyst James Middleweek.

It confirmed today that it sent only an email outlining the criticisms after the key meeting with Middleweek's lawyer in July at which it claimed it was blackmailed.
