Danny Mills 'hit by Argentinian'

England international Danny Mills was hit by an Argentinian player after their victory.

It emerged today that the Leeds right-back was struck in the back as he was interviewed in the tunnel after the match. He did not see who hit him and the matter was not taken further. There is a history of animosity between the teams.

After Argentina knocked England out of the last World Cup their players goaded their beaten opponents.
