The father of murdered Norwegian student

The 23-year-old socialite was raped and strangled after leaving a nightclub in Mayfair on 14 March 2008.

Within days her suspected killer had fled to his native Yemen. Scotland Yard is powerless to question playboy Farouk Abdulhak, 22, because Britain has no extradition agreement with the Arab country where his billionaire father, Shaher Abdulhak, is a powerful businessmen.

Mr Miliband will chair a conference on security issues in Yemen tomorrow.

Miss vik Magnussen's father, Odd Petter Magnussen, said: "This is a matter that is important for the whole of international society This is not a minor crime."
