Eliminating dairy from your diet could help beat migraines

Cutting out everyday foods that trigger migraines can help seven in ten sufferers, new research shows.

Eggs, milk, yeast and cashew nuts were among the most common foods which brought on the attacks, it was claimed.

Researchers used a new £19.99 blood test to identify which foods affected 1,100 volunteers.

After cutting out the food, 71 per cent of sufferers said their condition improved, said Yorktest Laboratories.
